Same for me, Tone Net works fine within Amplitube but I cannot login on the website. Not the worst thing but it was nice to browse and like potential tones whilst eating breakfast when it did work.
Users here are unlikely to be able to help. The best thing to do is, after searching the FAQs on the IKM web site, contact Technical Support for some one to one help.

Actually, I'm so sorry, I don't remember for sure if I reset it or just manually entered the one from my IK account. I think the password I had saved for ToneNET didn't match my IK account.
It was working fine till I upgraded to the latest version and added ToneX CS. Now I can't get into the website even though it says 'Thank you for joining the platform' and go to tone.net it just keeps going in a circle. I have checked my passwords to make sure they match and still zilth! What did you do in the upgrade that screwed everything up?
Another thing when you try to go to 'user profile' it brings up a screen stating that 'Page not found' The page you are looking for doesn't exist or has been moved. what gives
