5 max problem with gear [Resolved]

I purchased the 5 max, installed and opened the app and there is almost nothing included. No presets, no mesa or pedal stuff basically like a trial version. In the Max package i paid for that's all promised from what it says on the site and youtube video's reviews i've watched of it they have all amps ect so how do i fix this problem? i registered the Max but something seems wrong. How do i fix this?

Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select the Account tab. It should indicate that you are online. If you are, click "Restore Purchases" and you should be good to go. If that doesn't work, sign in to Custom Shop and click on your username. There should be an option there to restore purchases as well. Hope that helps!

I did that on both and nothing seemed to happen other than custom shop showing me green ticks but its still locked on Amplitube.

I've re installed both Amplitube and the custom shop and re-Unauthorized it, restarted my mac and still everything is locked.

You’ve got the filter set to show gear you don’t own.

The button under the 3 horizontal lines that BassGuy99 mentioned, shows a guitar combo with a cross. Cycle that until you see a combo with a tick and you should see all the gear you own and associated presets.
