AmpliTube 5 Gear Missing

Hi all,

I recently ordered some amps and cabs :

HiAmp
4x12 HiAmp
'64 Vibroverb Custom

I have registered all of them successfully in Product Manager and test Hiamp once. I have restarted my computer an I'm now unable to see these gears in Amplitube 5......not a trace even locked....
I tried un-authorizing and re-authorizing in the Product manager but nothing...install amplitube again...nothing

Could you please help ?

Hello Halmbass and welcome to the forums.

If you open the Custom Shop app, log into your account and then click on your username and chose Restore My Purchases. That usually does the trick.

As you can see, purchase seems to be properly restored and Hiamp is mine
But nothing in Amplitube when I try to find it in each and every collection. It's pretty, I had no problem with Amplitube 4

Your images are pretty small, but the third one looks like you are have filtered out gear you own, so it is only showing gear you don't own.

Next to the Search Gear box (top right) there is an icon that looks like a guitar combo with a cross by it. Cycle that until it has just a tick next to it and that will be filtering only gear you own and your purchases should be visible.
