So I talked to the IK support,
which by the way I found it to be VERY fast, I was exchanging mails with US support team as almost if we were chatting, despite I'm located in Europe, different time zone etc..
So they said I should take my unit to the store for warranty replacement.
If only the store is as fast as they were when I wanted to buy it, and as fast as Ik's support guys were, I'ld be the happiest customer in terms of service provided, ever.
And let's hope I'll be also the happiest customer ever in terms of product satisfaction as well.
