IK Rig 25 registered but (Syntronik) not working [Resolved]

It's frustrating using the authorization manager. already download it and went thru the steps and when i try to use my irig25 it says i'm not authorized? can someone help me out?

When i launch Syntronik it says this message: SYNTRONIK IS NOT AUTHORIZED.
THE 10 DAYS GRACE HAS EXPIRED even though i have ran the authorization manager and even under the register prompt i enter the serial number for my product and it still doesn't work i get a HISS PINK noise sound on it.

Thank you. so your iRig hardware is Authorised but Syntronik is not.

Is this the product that you bought? https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/irigkeysio/ If not, then which one is it?

Did you get a Serial Number for Syntronik in any email? Or is there one in your User Area / My Products or / Promotions? I think that they are added AFTER your hardware has been Registered. If so, then enter that using the Authorization Manager and try again.

I did buy the Irig 25 not the one listed on that link mine was only $50

I entered the Serial Number for my Registered Product which is the Irig 25. I did download the Syntronik from the page after doing all the registering. It authorized me to download it. Could it be that the Authorization Manager is not working correctly? Am i missing a step? Should I run the authorization manager after or before registering my product. This is really confusing.

Please post a link to the product that you purchased.

What led you to understand that Syntronik was included with it?

OK, you have downloaded Syntronik.
-- did you download the sounds library files too?
-- and install both the software and the sounds library?
-- and Authorize Syntronik by entering its own Serial Number (in your User Area) using the Authorization Manager?

Nevermind i figured it out. I was entering the wrong serial number when authorizing the software. All good now thank u so much for your help. Really appreciate it.
