iRig HD 2 Serial Number Registration Issue

So I got a new iRig HD 2 yesterday after months of deliberating. It turned up and when I tried to register it both via the QR Code or by inputting it manually, I get an annoying message stating a code 101 and that it isn't possible to register via either input.

I raised a ticket #4314775 but have not had anything since.

Whats the turnaround time right now for support with the Coronavirus Pandemic going on? Am I also going to need proof of purchase as I can forward this now to speed things along.

Any help would greatly appreciated.

Still no news on the support ticket.

Can’t fully use the product as the serial number is incorrect.
