So I got a new iRig HD 2 yesterday after months of deliberating. It turned up and when I tried to register it both via the QR Code or by inputting it manually, I get an annoying message stating a code 101 and that it isn't possible to register via either input.
I raised a ticket #4314775 but have not had anything since.
Whats the turnaround time right now for support with the Coronavirus Pandemic going on? Am I also going to need proof of purchase as I can forward this now to speed things along.
Any help would greatly appreciated.
