iRig HD X resetting

Hi, I've recently purchased an iRig HD X and found that when connected to my iPad it randomly resets. The iPad then shows it as reconnected and asks if you want monitoring to be switched on. I also have to re start Tonex. Anyone had something similar?

Just a guess but I'm wondering if you have a bad cable, which in that case the team should be able to replace it. But to determine that (or another cause) please open a ticket with IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw if you have not already done so.
