If you are confused about JamPoints, here is a simple breakdown on them:
JamPoints are a reward/loyalty program that allows you to get an additional discount on items you purchase on the IK web store. You earn JamPoints with nearly every purchase and you get some for certain actions too. Free JamPoints are always a nice little gift to find!
How many can I use? I’m confused.
For items $/€100 or over you can use enough JamPoints to save up to 30%.
For items $/€99.99 or below you can use enough JamPoints to save up to 15%.
How do I use them?
There is a field in your cart during checkout. Put the amount of JamPoints you’d like to use (make sure you see above and get the maximum discount possible with your points!) into that field and apply.
Uh oh. I messed up, the order didn’t go through, or I don’t want to use them for whatever reason.
Not to worry. There’s a “Remove” button there in your cart for the JamPoints you entered. Or, if the order didn’t go through for whatever reason or something else happened your JamPoints will be returned to your account, usually in less than 2 hours max.
I also have a promo code/coupon. Why aren’t my JamPoints applying???
JamPoints cannot be combined with promo codes/coupons.
