New to Tonex pedal, but had a bit of a go on the Tonex plug, so quickly managed to find a few patches going. Upon first rehearsal with the band I noticed that changing between patches there is a signal drop, dead air.

Here I am using the almost identical amp patches, one has a bit more volume and fx for lead.
Is there a way to fix that? That’s a deal breaker for me as I am the sole guitarist in the band and having a dead spot like that makes me wonder how Rush and the rest of pro touring bands get along with this.
Most issues like this are resolved by changing the switch behavior from triggering upon release to triggering when you step on the switch. Beyond this, if that doesn’t help, please open a ticket with IK Support and they will assist you directly.
Changing the switching on instantaneous vs “foot off pedal” improved the gap but there is still a drop. I think now it’s probably negligible, i.e. “ok for stage”. The first was was too much of a gap. The gap is in milliseconds, I cut off the dead space of each file generated to measure it.
