I need assistance with my products that I have been trying to get for several weeks across multiple tickets and I am not getting any responses at all. This has now become urgent as it possible the current sale that expires in 1 day may be pertinent and if so, I don’t want to miss that. Peter, thank you very much for responding to my original post. I was contacted by someone via email and got my questions answered. Barely, but enough.
I would say that I too found IK Multimedias support to be horrendous in many multiples of ways. I was about done with the company, and I have been a customer since one of the original Studio versions and ongoing. I would welcome a conversation with a higher up to work with identifying all the problems and frustrations for IK to work on correcting them. its infuriating.
With that being said, I am not sure your role with the company, if any. But I appreciate your personal involvement and anything you may have done to get someone to finally reach back out to me. Thank you!
