In addition to the major dissapointment that none of the plugin can be controlled via Host Automation it is also not possible to step through presets even using the mouse on the Next/Prev buttons next to the preset selector because it just selects the first preset and nothing more.
The next/previous buttons are working in the latest version of MODO DRUM 1.5 here. Please open a ticket with IK Support and they will assess your specific issue with you.
