Summary:
Currently it does not seem possible to press and hold a key on the keyboard, then press the sustain pedal, and have the note continue to sound as long as the key continues to be pressed OR the sustain pedal is released. Instead, if Modo Bass 2 is setup to have the sustain pedal affect the sustain of the note, releasing the pedal cuts off the note even of the key on the keyboard is still being depressed. For consistency with the way keyboards and sustain pedals usually work, it would nice to have the option to have the note continue to sound as long as the key continues to be pressed OR the sustain pedal is released.
Problem / Use Case:
The use case would be fluent playing that doesn’t require re-learning how the sustain pedal works.
Proposed Solution:
Simply have a “classic keyboard sustain pedal” setting
Priority / Impact:
Low priority, I guess.
