I can't open a support ticket! All I see are the FAQs?

Issue: When visiting the Support page, when I click on Software, Hardware, Apps, or Sales I only see the FAQ and no support form?

Solution: When you choose the type of request you have on the Support page of the IK web site, you will see this message at the top of the page and FAQs plus a “Search FAQ” button on the page itself:

Before contacting the Support team, please review your product’s User Manual or review the FAQs below as there is a chance that your issue has been addressed already and can be quickly resolved.

On this page, you can click the “Search FAQ” button to search for your issue in the FAQ database. On the next page, search for your issue. You will also see this at the top of this page (as well as on the FAQ search results, and inside any FAQ you find and click on):

If you could not find an answer to your problem in our FAQ pages please submit a Tech Support Form [links to appropriate form for your category of issue].

You can click the “Tech Support Form” link at the top of the page or the red “Contact Support” button at the bottom of the FAQ entry.
