Flexible, configurable keyboard split
Problem / Use Case:
The current, fixed split point does not allow overlapping ranges and effective use of a smaller keyboard. On a large 88-key keyboard, an octave at the top is wasted.
Proposed Solution:
Support mapping any range of keys from the upper manual, lower manual, and pedal to a range on the master keyboard. Allow different ranges to map to the same pitch on different manuals. Allow overlapping ranges.
