Thought I’m gonna share this. I recently upgraded T-Racks to TR6 and ARC from 4 to X. Two highly promoted products. You know the drill: earplugs, 2 hours new measurements, no compatibility to ARC4 anymore. Besides, if you run the arc studio box you can easily run into one more snatch by not creating a session, but that’s a different story. Anyway…Now: my standalone TR6 wouldn’t find the new ARC-X. Contact to support, no response, after 4 weeks I thought it was a good idea to ask again. Immediate answer today: not compatible. Hurray, my system’s not broke. It’s just the product.
