I searched the forum before posting but couldn’t find any discussion about this topic.
I’d like to use my TONEX ONE+ in a pedalboard with an external preamp.
My goal is to use the TONEX ONE+ only for its IRs and effects, while controlling the overall output level via MIDI from my Morningstar MC6.
I found that MIDI CC103 controls the volume, but only when a Tone Model (amp) is active.
Is there any way to control the global output volume via MIDI without loading a Tone Model?
I’ve tried using neutral or clean Tone Models (Power Amp, Clean Platform, etc.), but they still color the sound.
Has anyone found a workaround?
