Serial Number for used Irig HD 2?

Hello,
I bought Irig HD 2 from a person. There is a serial number, but it displays an error during registration. Please specify if there is any way to get free software or find another solution?

I do not know how transfers of hardware products (and any bonus software) work.

Please contact Sales Support who can look at your Account and see what's going on. Response time generally is within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.

They will likely need information from the seller though (serial number, account, etc) so you may want to get in touch with him / her if you don't at least have the serial number.

Also note that software bundled with hardware does not transfer per section 4.5 (Software Transfer) of the EULA at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/legal/inde ... -agreement

b) If the Product is part of a bundle of IK Multimedia software and hardware, only the hardware can be resold / transferred. Any bundled software Product is considered NFR.
