What's a good Windows tablet to use with Stomp I/O?

I'm a dedicated Amplitube user, but new to this forum. I'm interested in iRig Stomp I/O, but have no interest in Apple products. I'm looking for suggestions for a good Windows tablet that would work well with Stomp. Thanks;)

I would recommend a Surface Pro model. For "future proofing" on the software side I'd recommend as new a model as you can get.
