Sync Looper to DAW?

I just bought a STOMP I/O and learning Amplitube. I'm chiefly planning on using it connected to a Mac. Is it possible to sync the tempo of the looper to a DAW (in my case Logic Pro). I'm a keyboard and guitar player and I'd like to be able to use the DAW to run a drum loop, add key loops live, and then use Amplitube's looper on top of that with guitar. Possible???
