iRig Stream & APPLE Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter?

will this work and give enough power to run the STREAM (5V/3000mA (!))?

Introducing an adapter may cause issues. The best setup I've used (at NAMM streaming all our demos/events) was the PSU providing power which charged my iOS device and connecting directly to the iOS device with the Lighnting cable.
