CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE?

Hi everyone;
Today I received my Irig keys I/0 49 from Ik, but I don't know how I can download the full versions (for IPAD not MAC OS X ) of Sampletank, Miroslav and Syntronik sytnh. In my User Area I received the serials and donwload soft for all them but there is only the versions for my computer not for my mobile devices. I need them in my Ipad how shows in the box of the midi controler.
How I can download the full versions of this three products to my ipad directly?

The software in your User Area is specifically Mac/PC. To unlock the free app content, etc on iOS you can find the details of how to do this on this page: http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/ir ... eys-io-app

If I click the Download link for Miroslav Philharmonik 2 it takes me to the App store page of SampleTank CS instead. Is that right, and if so, how do I download Miroslav Philharmonik 2 from there?

You should have Miroslav Philharmonik in your IK User Area under "My Products" at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/my-products

If you do not see that please open a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support who will have direct access to your account
