ST 4: Missing Samples for Chamber Strings Ensemble

Hi,

I just stumbled across this. In ST 4, browsing through Strings/Classic, I selected "Chamber Strings Ensemble" and received the following message when it tried to load:

Instrument ST4 Error. Cannot locate Tank at path 'D:/SampleTank 4/Samples/SampleTank 4/Strings/Celli/Sustain/Sustain.pak'.

I confirmed that the "Celli" sub-directory is there, but it's empty, and has no sub-directories.

I've gone back and verified/reloaded all my instruments.

Any thoughts on why this instrument is missing?

Sorry you're having this issue. I've tried to replicate on my system but the preset loaded fine and the *.pak is where it should be.

I would suggest that you open a ticket with official IK Support and they can give you some one-to-one help to fix the problem.

Perhaps download / reinstalll that particular sounds library file. Sorry, I do not know which one it is.
