DSP jumps to 98% in Hammond B-3X

When I play the Hammond B-3X the DSP jumps to 98% in the AUM App,
How can I prevent this, it is an iPad Air 2.

Found the main volume and if I lower the main volume the DSP does not spike in the AUM App

Turning the volume of the Hammond B-3X down hell’s a little but the AUM App still spikes to 100% once in a while.
Turning Airplane mode on also helps a little also.
Hopefully there’s a fix for the DSP spikes so I can use this in a live performance.

This doesn't sound like a global bug. Your best bet would be to seek official IK support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support so they can help you with your issue. Hoping for a fix for something that is not verified by the support department is not going to yield the expected results.

Hi duanem0 - did you ever get a fix for this?
I got the same issue with AUM making periodic high spikes on the output, as well as having a "clicky noise" on Lower (for some strange reason).

As this might be a thing with AUM, did you find a solution I would love to hear about it.

I would suggest reporting any issues to IK Support directly at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support as they can troubleshoot directly with you and also because sometimes an issue that appears to be exactly the same may not have the same root cause. Thank you.

True, it could be, sometimes it is hard to troubleshoot with multiple technologies like that involved. I don't know whether I hope it turns out to be AUM or us, I guess I just hope it gets identified and rectified quickly as possible

After solving quite a few things by a simple "hard reset" on my iPad, this is still an issue.
And without AUM as well.
I haven't been "working" on music stuff for a while, so I was quite disappointed to still experience a few things acting strange or "not as expected".

It would be a real relief if we could get some info of what is being worked at for next update.

Also: how is the situation for the support team?

You can get a status on your issue by replying to your IK Support ticket at any time. This forum is mainly for user to user discussion and any issues being worked on would be via the support team and ticket system at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support

While there s a higher than normal ticket volume the team is still working hard and answering all requests.

It almost feels like I am getting ALL the possible errors
It's not intended to sound like a complete moron or "the one jerk that just complained most in 2020"
So to get into it in another way:
iPad users - please give some feedback of your experiences - especially those who also use a keyboard with split for lower/upper hand (if any?)
And using "hosting" software like AUM or Keystage.

Any good advises, suggestions, ideas?
How do you setup your Hammond app for iPad?

Hurray.. at least one step closer to get my one app I'm using to work (the Hammond B-X3)
I figured out today, that the clicky noises (probably= came from having a local sound on my keyboard at same midi channel.
It's kind of necessary as I only got ONE left / lower

So I gotta leave the local sound OFF for now, but at least the clicks disappeared.
I am not sure it's the same problem as the "DSP jumps to 98%" - I will investigate more on that.
Meanwhile, if you got errors like this, try to "mute" your local channel.

I don't have the clicky sound in Keystage, only AUM.
