Note that you will likely have two serials in your IK User Area. Please make sure you are authorizing the full T-RackS serial number not T-RackS Custom Shop (which is the free version) serial in Authorization Manager.
When did you open your ticket? Typically IK Support will reply within 1-2 business days (M-F 10a-6:30p EST) and answer in the order in which tickets are received. If you just submitted your ticket I'm sure they will be with you soon and will be able to resolve your issue directly.
