Some ST3 instruments not recording properly

Hi - a new issue - a couple of my ST3 instruments have stopped recording properly. The wave forms/clips etc are visible in my DAW, so it looks as though they have recorded ok, but on playback - silence. Using Pro Tools 2019, Apollo 8 interface. Many instruments are working ok, just not all. Any thoughts? Thank you!
