Sonik Synth 2 Sample data missing in User Area

Hello everyone,
Am I missing something obvious or is the 8GB of instrument samples missing in the user download area? There is only the Vsti install and manual. No mention that the instruments data is expired either and that I need to buy credit to access them again.

Bought this in 2011 and registered it, and now, 8 years later, finally got around to downloading it to play around with it.... but there is no link for the sample data.

Here, it is under the [Sounds Download] button. But if you Registered SS2 back in 2011 then the download period will have expired. You may need to buy a Download Reactivation as you mentioned.

But first, contact Technical Support here for some one to one help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days. They can look at you User Area and see what's going on. And may be able to reinstate the download for you.
