SampleTank 4 installation problems [RESOLVED]

I bought Sample Tank 4 yesterday and downloading stuff seems quite horrible. I got the software downloaded and installed but the sounds are not coming right. At first I downloaded everything and there were only two zip files that weren't corrupted (pedal steel guitar and electric drums). Started downloading the rest again and left them downloading all night. Every file was failed. Well, now for the third time.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

Just a guess - try downloading the files one at a time, no download manager, or through a different browser.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days.

This did help. I had to download everyone of them one by one. Quite a pain though for having to sit by the PC and download everything separately.

Another wild idea - maybe you could try queueing them up in a download manager, as long as it is configured to download 1 at a time?

Also, IK Multimedia is working on an download / installation manager.
