Presets not showing up

[/list]After Reset preferences Adobe.old presets are not loaded into correct folder.
I need help putting presets into correct place. T-Racks 5 Amplitube 4 Ames. Oovie

Catalina...Adobe support showed workaround Adobe.old to reset Preferences.PlugIns and Presets need to be copied into correct folder. After reset Preferences in Library is renamed Adobe.old
Then missing plugins and presets from Amplitube MesaBoogie and TR5 need to be pasted somewhere.

Well, on Mac in general, all presets are stored in Documents/IK Multimedia/*App Name Folder* but I don't know about Catalina I'm afraid. IK are still advising against updating to that OS (as are many other developers), so this may be a part of the issue.

Although, I'm not sure what Adobe has got to do with this problem?

I got frustrated and ended up putting the presets and plug ins in several places on my Apple SSD hard drive and everything finally works !!! I am so elated to be back in action after over a month of terror. After calling Apple 11 times I finally figured out how to jump from one OS X to another fairly easily. I have settled on Mojave running Audition 2019. It was a hard decision and in desperation I decided to go back from Audition 2020 and Catalina because TR-5 was having various issues even though it is 64 bit. My mixes don't sound right without TR-5.
