Sampletank 2 IOS in app purchases

I am confused with the in app purchase selections. Is each product in the in app purchases a separate purchase? Sometimes, in other apps, an item listed for purchase comes packaged with another item.
Is there an item that will contain all the available items.
I hope I was clear in what I am asking. Any help will be appreciated.
