Help Please, forgotten password

I have forgotten my password to login my Custom Shop app. Have tried to use my email address to recover/ reset my password but it fails. Any help here to at least reset my password?

Unfortunately, moderators on the forum cannot directly amend accounts/passwords.

Your best bet would be to open a ticket with Official IK Support who will give you some one-to-one help.
