iRig Blueboard doesn't connect to OSX 10.13.1

Hello,

I've got a Blueboard that I'm trying to connect to my Mac having switched from a 2013 MacBook Air to a 2013 Mac Mini. The Blueboard app is just sitting there with a message saying "connecting".

OSX version is 10.0.0.1, Bluetooth hardware is 4.0 with low power enabled.

Please make sure to try powering off your iRig BlueBoard, then powering it on holding the "A" pad. This is the mode required for use with the iRig BlueBoard app.
