Use blueboard controller pedal with bias fx on iPad?

I’d like to use my Blueboard to control bias fx on an iPad, and particularly to control volume and wah pedals with it. Is this possible? I was able to connect the blueboard 2nd pedal to a Bias Fx crybaby wah pedal by assigning a midi CC number to the wah, but running the pedal up and down only turns the wah effect on and off.
