Have to restore in-app purchases after download

Purchased the “all in 2019 bundle” on 6/29/19 for iPad. App updated and able to access all amps, stomps, cabs, etc. After spending several enjoyable hours of experimenting, settled on amp/stomps/cab combo to use for church worship team next day. Closed out app like I usually do. Reopen the app Sunday morn and pop up window states “Preset incomplete. Missing items (lists all the amps/stomps previously set up)”. Go to the menu/store and select “restore in app purchases”. All the amps/stomps/cabs/etc restore and able to re-set up all my preferences. Close the app... the whole process starts all over. Prior to purchase amps/stomps/cabs/etc would be there when open/close app.

Appreciate guidance to retain selections.

That's not the normal behavior. I'd suggest opening a ticket with IK Support who can provide direct and official technical support to get your issue resolved. They can be reached at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support
