Amplitube 3 latency on Mac

Hi, do you love your problem. I've got the same problem on my mac...
iMac27 Core i5 16go ram.
Audio : Presonus AudioBox USB96
Amplitube 4
Sound is full of latency and a lot creepy !!!

Have you tried the buffer size suggestion made above? That is usually the cause of this type of issue.

Yes i've tryed everythings. but after a reboot, eveythings goes right, i don't know why...

Many questions:
What else do you have running when trying to use Amplitube?
Any wireless connections?
Have you installed the correct (and updated) drivers for your interface?
Are you trying to use the interface for system audio at the same time as Amplitube?
What OSX are you running and is it compatible with AT4?
What flavor of USB does your iMac have? If USB3 and your interface is USB2 there's a well-known issue that not all such combos work right. For instance iLok2 & 3 have communication problems and the usual remedy is to use a powered USB hub between the iLok & computer.
