cant seenm to open lurssen

I am trying to use my ik products and register and access my paid for Lurssen application and cant seem to open anything

Hi Moisatron83 and welcome to the forum.

Can you give us a bit to go on, otherwise we'll be guessing. What OS are you working on? Have you downloaded and installed the Lurssen app and the Authorisation Manager? What are you trying to open that doesn't seem to work?
