iRig Pro Firmware Update Error

I am trying to update the firmware on the older iRig Pro. The firmware updated finds and recognizes the device, however it errors out every time as it's trying to update. I tried restarting, closed and reopened updater, and disconnected and reconnected the device. I receive the following message. Any help would be appreciated.
