Hi,
how to install Sampletank or Philharmonic in Cubase and make Track for each channel from sampletank into Cubase. And how to record sampletank instruments in Cubase?. Thank you

Hi, you can set up multioutput virtual instrument plugins in Cubase fairly easily. I would recommend checking this out:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMN4XXrcUAkYou should be able to choose SampleTank 4 as the instrument and under "Audio Outputs" you should have the option for multi outputs which would create the tracks for each of ST4's outputs.
