9 days is a long time to wait for a reply, but I wouldn't open a new ticket.
If you reply to your ticket asking if they have any news/solution for you, this will alert the team that you are still waiting.
If you are not satisfied with the response (or non-response) then PM your ticket number to either Ryan_IK or Peter_IK who will try and bump them for you.
