iRig Pro I/O no midi signal

Hello

I've tried connected 2 different midi devices one at a time into iRig Pro I/O with the included MIDI cable from iRig Pro I/O package. One is CME M-Key (which has 1 MIDI OUT port) and digital piano Kawai ES100 (which has 1 MIDI IN and 1 MIDI OUT port) and still can't get signal from neither.

I'm using iPad Air with Sample Tank and Auria installed. The device (iRig Pro I/O) is detected by Auria but no signal coming as I played the notes with CME nor Kawai. The green indicator on the device was not light up as well as I played the notes.

Is there a chance my iRig Pro I/O midi port has broken?

Please help. Thanks

Does the iRig Pro I/O compatible only with iRig Keys or other IK Multimedia products?

No, the MIDI ports on iRig Pro I/O will work with any standard 5-pin MIDI connection. I would recommend seeking official IK support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support if you have not done so already so they can diagnose. Thanks!
