Amplitube 4 included with iRig HD2

Is there any difference between the Amplitube 4 (for Mac) that retails for around $149, and the version of Amplitube 4 that is included with iRig HD 2? You can buy an iRig HD2 for $80, so if that comes with the exact same program that otherwise costs $149, I don't see why anyone would buy the $149 version. Thanks.

When I bought my IRig last year there was a promotion that included the upgrade Amplitube 4 Deluxe version. Made an excellent value even better.
