my account was deleted after I initially requested it, although I did send a followup email requesting for it to stay open, but thats another thread.

so I created a new account but it wont let me use my serial numbers for plugins because they are "already registered with another user" which is me on my deleted account. plus, all my jampoints have gone!
I've emailed support, but was wondering if theres anything i can do while im waiting to hear back? cheers

You would only be able to use those serial numbers with the old account so IK Support would need to handle that. However, you may want to use the demo versions of the IK software you had, as that should allow you to work with the software while tech support assists you.

Thanks a lot for the reply! I didn’t even think about using the trials. I have unfinished projects using t-racks plugins, the trials should be what I need to finish them until I hear back from support. Do you know if I will get my jampoints back? Thanks again

ok, apparently my 10 day grace period has ended? even though I only made this new account a few days ago?! every session i open is just pulses of hiss!

Are you keeping the custom shop open in the background. This is required when using the trial versions.

If you have not put a ticket into support already, then this would be the best way of getting some one-to-one help with your account issues.

thanks for the reply. ye I did that and still get the hiss for some reason. I have mailed support more than once, I don't want to pester them anymore than I already have but this is just ridiculous now.

When you say you mailed them, do you mean opened a ticket using the form found at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/ ? If so, please post back your ticket number and one of the mods will try and chase it up for you.

Be aware however, that they endeavour to respond to tickets within 1-2 working days, so if you only opened a ticket over the weekend they may not have had a chance to look at it yet.
