sample tank 3 SE "failed to load instruments"[Resolved]

Hi, I have download a sound bank but even they are on my sound list instruments, just some of them are working, while starting from Electric piano until the last one doesn't work. It show an error message like Failed to load instrument.
The same is for the whole sound bank of Miroslav Philarmonik 2CE, while "Syntronik free" works completely.
Anybody had the same problem?
What can I do?

Hello hand70 and welcome to the forums.

The "failed to load instruments" error could suggest a number of possibilities.

1) Have you installed all of the sound content downloads?
2) Have you installed the Sound Library Update (found under Download Resources in your User Area)?
3) Have they installed to the correct directory/pathway that ST3SE has been pointed to?
4) Have you installed the most up-to-date version of ST3SE (3.7.3)

It was only a problem that i don't download complete the sound library.
Becouse i was sure the program download automaticaly all the parts.
If you look the window you see part 1 part 2 etc. and for this i made a mistake.
