SampleTank 4 - plugin doesnt recognize library.[Resolved]

I haven't been able to use any st4 sounds yet.

Here is the process i've done:
- installed st 4.0.3
- authorized through the auth manager.
- installed the sound libraries (in my case, i'm only interested in bass and pianos, so i installed these)
- installed the 4.0.3 sound libraries update.

and..
when i open sampletank 4, the library "sampletank 4" is locked (with a padlock icon on it).
i tried going to settings and re-adding the path to the library, but it didn't changed any thing.

next step, i'll try to do a full re-install of everything. but honestly, i don't feel this should be this hard. it's been 2 weeks (or close to that) and i only wasted time on multiple re-installs.

(btw, if i add my st3 path to st4 plugin, it works, flawlessy).


Any idea?
Do i need to re-install anything? Everything?

It appears you haven't installed the download called "SampleTank 4 Instruments Installer 1.1"

This is required for the database to build properly in ST4.

It was so simple, i'm kinda embarassed right now.
