Sample Tank4 window re-size feature problem

Postby ichiroy00 » Sat Mar 16, 2019 10:03 am

Hello,

I thought ST4 can re-size the window, but I cannot do so far.
Is there any special way to do it?
My PC is Macbook Pro w/ Retina display.

Hello ichiroy00 and welcome to the forum.

Re-sizing should be as easy as grabbing one of the corners of the main GUI and dragging it to size.

Another user has had an issue before where he had a second monitor connected which was forcing the GPU to not resize, but this was rectified.

As long as your MBP has an OpenGL 2 compatible graphics adapter, which I'm guessing it does due to the age, then you should be able to resize.

As this is a user-to-user forum and not direct to IKM support, in case no one else chimes in here with advice or a solution you should raise a ticket with IK official support here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

Hi, garfy

Thanks for the feedback.
I think my GPU is ok, which supports OpenGL2. In fact, I could re-size my Syntonik w/o issue, so I believe it is software side if there is no setting.
I'll post IK official support.

Thanks,
