Sampletank 4 stand alone and plugin crahing.

I use a Win7 pc with cubase 9.5
When I open sampletank 4, it starts to build the database
Then an error message sampletank 4 has stopped working.
When I launch st 4 in cubase, error "cubase has stopped working.
I installed the library into an ST4 sound content folder,then I installed
Sampletank 4.02.Should i have installed 4.02 first?
I ran the installer for Billy Cobham drums.The default location
was ST3soundcontent folder.So I installed into the st3 folder.Billy Cobham,Neil Peart etc...
Do not show up in Sampletank 3.Should I move or reinstall those libraries into st4soundcontent
folder.

SampleTank 4 is Windows 7 compatible and should be working okay with Cubase 9.5 when installed to a separate drive.

Please reply to your ticket and the tech will continue to assist you. Normal business hours in the US office are 10-7 EST and they are working within those and also outside of those hours to assist people. They will continue to assist you as long as you let them know you are still having issues.
