[RESOLVED] download manger...help

I downloaded the download manger several times and tried to install it...it doesn't ask me where i want the install and then installs somewhere I can't find it...seriously searched hi and low on my comp...not in and file or app that I can find...win 10 user...plz help

Sorry to hear of your troubles.

It's not entirely clear what download manager you are downloading. While we offer the Authorization Manager and Custom Shop which help get our products running. We do not offer a direct download manager at this time. Could you clarify what software you are using here? A screen shot would help. Once we have this info, we should be able to make a suggestion.
