AXE I/O Control Panel load

Hi everyone, I just purchased the AXE I/O and attempted to load the control software on my windows machine and in the set up window I got the following message: File(s) 'vendor.cer' not found in 'C:\Program files\IK Multimedia\AXE IO Control Panel'
Anyone else have this issue? Is it just a operator error on my part?
any help is much appreciated by this newb!

In the meantime, try re-downloading the AXE I/O Control Panel to make sure this download did not run into any issues. Try another web browser and be sure to check to make sure any Anti-virus, VPN, or Firewall is not blocking this download in any way.
