ASIO4ALL woes on Windows 10

Postby rockbandguy » Fri Feb 01, 2019 6:52 pm

Hello,

I have AmpliTube 4 running a Windows pc.
I am using iRig HD 2.
And I installed ASIO4ALL as suggested.
In addition I installed VB-Audio Cable, too.
The guitar program I am using is Yousician.

Now it looks like I cannot get a stable configuration set up.
Every time I start AmpliTube I have some of the "red X" present in the ASIO4ALL configuration panel.
And I have not yet determined a rule why and where the next "red X" will appear and how I can get this solved.

Somewhere I read that I have to get disable the Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth.
But I don't know if that would really help.

Anyone who can help me solve this with a systematic approach is very welcome!

Best, Adrian

Have you followed the steps at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1076 ?

Those would be the best steps to get you up and running with ASIO4ALL on Windows with your iRig HD 2.

In that case, I'd recommend opening a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support for official support so they can troubleshoot and see what's going on.
