Amplitube 4 Installation Troubleshoot

Hello people...I recently purchased Amplitube 4 and it seems that the ''Amplitube 4'' download button it only downloads Amplitube Custom Shop'' and not Amplitube 4 -thats what happened in my case....Can someone inform me how can i install and got it up and running , in a step-by-step and easy to follow way ? I even use the contact form only to find that they suggested the same procedure (of authorization etc) P.S. - Even though an amplitube 4 item showed up in my programme menu - still doesn't work.

Hello Kechagioglou and welcome to the forum.

The AmpliTube 4 download contains an installer for 3 software products:
-- the AmpliTube 4 standalone program and plug-ins,
-- the Custom Shop standalone program,
-- the Authorization Manager standalone program.

Run the installer and install all three. You may need to update the Authorization Manager, from here:
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/authorizationmanager/

Run the Authorization Manager and Register your AT4 Serial Number (make sure you you the one from AT4 in your MY Products Area, not the one for the (free) "AT4 Custom Shop").

Run the Custom Shop, login, go to the AmpliTube section and click [Gear} >> "Restore my Gear". Then start the AT4 standalone program and check that all the gear models are listed.

If you run into problems, then let us know exactly what you have done so far and what problem(s) you ran into.

Well ,i run into three broblems
¨1) Although i clicked the ''restore my gear'' button the versions that are availiable (written in orange letters) are for AM4 deluxe amplitube metal etc

2) The AM4 item in my programs menu still doesn't work.

3) At the same time ,a notification appeared ,when i oepened Custon Shop ,as to if i would like to dowload a newer version of AM4 (4.8.1B) -I chose Yes/Download and a few minutes later the download stopped ,leaving me with a damaged file that could not be opened.

1) Is there a "Purchased on" date next to them?

2) Sorry, but without any details, we would only be guessing.

3) Try downloading it from your User Area / My Products section. But let's get your currently-installed version working first.

Actually, looking back I see that you have raised a Support Ticket. Please reply to that ticket, saying that the suggested procedure did not work and ask for further assistance.

1) The purchased day is 29-01-2019

2) (Sorry for my english-i' m trying hard to translate from my native language).After the instalation is done ,three diffrent items appeared in my program menu ,the Auth. manager ,the Custom Shop and th AM4 - (the red one).The first two are working properly - (did the authorisation and opened the Custom Shop) the last one (Am4) does not do anything.Thats the step ,from the ones you listed me ,that couldnt have it done.

I ve just replied ,informing them more about the problem.
